ORDER AND CANCELLATION POLICY
• We usually ship all our orders within 2-3 days of receiving the order.
• The maximum order value would be 10,000 rupees.
• For bulk orders you can contact us by email.
• You can contact us to cancel the order till the time it is not dispatched.
• Once we dispatch your order you will receive an email on your registered email ID along with the tracking details. https://punarjanispices.com/ reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met.
• The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
• Customers can CANCEL an order only before the Order has been shipped/Dispatched there will be no cancellation After the Product/s has been shipped, The Customer CANNOT Cancel the Order.
• However, an exchange is possible for all orders/products if a wrong or faulty item is received.
• Please provide an unboxing video of the product from start to end within 24hrs of receiving your delivery and submit your inquiry at punarjanispices@gmail.com
